Jacksonville, Florida, wins Most Improved Fulfillment Center award
The award for “Most Improved FC” showcases a location that put in substantial effort and grit over the past year.
This year’s winner is from the sunny state of Florida – the Jacksonville branch!
The dedicated team improved on quality to the customer, inventory control, and write-offs. Jacksonville has always been highly regarded in the PLSI network, earning a positive reputation with their tenure, experience and teamwork. Having worked through many hurdles throughout the years, they are well-versed in the ins and outs of logistics.
“Our approach has always been to take care of the customer and each other,” shares Jacksonville operations manager Michael Millan. “This team has made smart and strategic adjustments this year among budget constraints. They take challenges head on and use it as an opportunity to grow.”
Employees in Jacksonville have worked together for decades, making it a family-centered atmosphere.
