Bessemer, Alabama, wins Fulfillment Center of the Year
For almost 25 years Patterson has been recognizing the top-performing fulfillment center with the “FC of the Year” award. The award reflects a team who takes pride in their work and navigates the ever-changing markets without disruption to quality service. We say it a lot, but the FCs are the heartbeat of the organization.
This year’s winner is the Bessemer, Alabama, location!
The award is based on five key criteria where Bessemer excelled in quality to the customer, productivity, and financial performance. They have worked together over the past year to invest in their team and create a collaborative culture.
