LGBTQA+ affinity group

The Patterson PRIDE affinity group creates a space where all can be comfortable and accepted through employee discussion sessions, networking events and community volunteerism.

Empowering women leaders

We are committed to the advancement and growth of women throughout the company. Our mentoring program offers peer-mentoring circles and one-on-one mentoring with senior leaders. We also partner with Women in Leadership and Management in Animal Health (WILMAH), an organization that helps women achieve success at every stage of their careers.

To strengthen the industries that we serve, Patterson offers a scholarship for BIPOC students pursing undergraduate education in dental or veterinary health fields. Four $2,000 scholarships will be awarded this year and are renewable for three years.

As a people people-first organization, we are proud to support our families. Mothers receive up to 12 weeks of full pay following the birth of a child. All other eligible parents, including dads and partners, receive up to four weeks of full pay. And, we offer adoption leave with four paid weeks of leave.
